(1) Variety specifications. It specifies the cross-sectional shape, size and allowable deviation, theoretical review, etc. of stainless steel pipe fittings. Round pipe specifications are usually expressed in DxS. For example, 50mmx2mm means that the outer diameter of the stainless steel pipe is 50mm and the wall thickness is 2mm. The dimensional accuracy includes wall thickness accuracy, outer diameter accuracy and ellipticity.
(2) Surface quality requirements. It specifies the internal and external surface conditions of stainless steel pipe fittings and the degree of allowable defects on the surface.
(3) Chemical properties. It specifies the chemical composition of the steel, the maximum content of P and S, and the test method.
(4) Organization and physical properties: stipulate the metallographic structure, mechanical properties and process properties of the steel grade house.
(5) Inspection standard. Specify inspection items, sampling locations, sample shape and size, test conditions and methods, etc. In addition to conventional test items in the production of stainless steel pipe fittings, some process performance tests are sometimes required.
