The differences between the stainless steel casting process and the cast steel art are as follows:
Metallurgy (melting):
a) Tapping temperature: stainless steel is higher than carbon steel;
b) Liquidity of molten steel: stainless steel is worse than carbon steel;
c) Molten steel oxidation: stainless steel is easier to oxidize than carbon steel;
d) Solidification method: stainless steel is solidified in paste form, and carbon steel is solidified sequentially.
